For more than 15 years the editors and curators of the #xy2wiki sites have provided open-access resources in multiple languages to help individuals and groups access and sharing information that matters to sustainable outcomes. What makes these sites distinctive is that it offers in multiple languages, algorithm free, information and affordance centric access to a blend of carefully selected information.
Behind the scenes, maintaining and expanding this resource takes many hours of voluntary work, from researching and writing to translating, updating content and managing the technical side. There is no external funding or institutional support, and it is supported in part by reader contributions, which are genuinely appreciated.
