The Interoperable European Solution Component ABB is salient for technical interoperability because it is a central element the EIF's conceptual model for integrated public services. it represents all the functionalities provided by an Interoperable European Solutionas as stated in the EIF: "Technical interoperability the applications and infrastructures linking systems and services."
